Boasting uninterrupted, 360-degree ocean views, Villa M consists of two adjacent bungalow style properties which have been demolished and consolidated into one 800m² erf family home. The brief was to design a home that reflects the value of the site which lead to a unique interpretation of architecture to enhance the views and maximise the natural light that penetrates the interiors.
