Summer Villa

A 1955m² luxury family villa located on the newly developed natural island of Al Reem, Abu Dhabi.

The villa has an inviting presence emphasized by its double volume and luxurious open plan flow. Each of the public spaces is graced with incoming breaths of sunlight from two courtyard spaces that were incorporated with large encompassing window displays, opening onto the view of the landscape and City beyond the water.

From the Ground Floor, a bronze spiral staircase provides a transition into the more private sectors of the Villa. A horizontally laid staircase gracefully flows into the first-floor corridor and showcases a crystal chandelier angled adjacently to the stairs – emphasized with a smokey mirror reflectance on each side. A long corridor then guides one to the bedrooms on either side accompanied by personal en-suites as well as its own access onto a large terrace for private relaxation. Also included on this floor are a private Family TV lounge and a cosy and intimate Reading Room.
