Situated beneath the peaks of the Drakenstein and Simonsberg Mountains, Val de Vie is a world-class security estate. Within this, Gentleman’s Estate is a collection of smallholding properties. The brief was to design a glimpse of the future – to show potential buyers what was possible – a taste of tomorrow. The end result was a design where nature & modern architecture compliments each other through seamless & considered integration.
